Support for the AS Drives team

Today 8 new colleagues start their new professional phase of life at AS Drives & Services GmbH in Reken. Among them are 5 new trainees:

  • Jannis Krause (Mechatronic Engineer)
  • Adrian Lammerding (Mechatronics engineer)
  • Steffen Bösing (precision mechanic)
  • Steffen Vadder (precision mechanic)
  • Tom Pasing (technical product designer)

Training is a high priority at AS, emphasised Heinrich Schrudde (Managing Director AS Drives) in his welcoming address. AS Drives is currently training a total of 25 young people. With 124 employees, this corresponds to a training quota of 20%. Heinrich Schrudde also mentioned the excellent future prospects at AS Drives. In this context he mentioned the good final results of the past years as well as the prospects of a permanent employment after the successful completion of the training. But until then, the diligence and commitment of the young people are required. The new trainees were also welcomed by their future trainers. In addition to the 5 new trainees, 3 permanent employees also have their first day of work today. Simon Thewes will support the project department in the field of drive technology. In particular, Mr. Thewes will plan and implement upcoming rebuild projects with our gearboxes and motors in the future. Lars Brugmann will strengthen the purchasing department. Ralph Thiemann will be working in the mechatronics area in future, where he will also be responsible for training in addition to engine construction. At the end of his welcoming speech Mr. Schrudde wished all new colleagues a good start and a successful career at AS Drives & Services GmbH.
