By “ReDesign” we mean the type-independent new design or redesign of a gearbox.
Reasons for a redesign:
- The original manufacturer of the gearbox is no longer on the market
- Gearbox type is no longer manufactured
- Increase of the circulation reserve through individual or small series production
- Modification of problem drives
Procedure:
- Measure
- Construction of the new gearbox
- Performance calculation and redesign
- Improvements through modification
- Manufacturing of parts under high quality standards
- Installation according to the state of the art
- Test bench run / trial run
- Coating and final inspection
- Preparation of the documentation
