Paper industry
The paper industry is our second home. From a drive perspective, we offer everything from a single source. Starting with engineering and continuing through designing the drive to assembling and commissioning all components. We are also the perfect point of contact in the cooling and lubrication technology sector for drive units. Furthermore, we also work on repairs in the paper industry. From the pulper to reels, we know all types of gearboxes and repair them.
Public Transportation
We have been increasingly repairing gearboxes on trams and low-floor vehicles for the past few years. We offer everything: from a general inspection of the axle drives as a general contractor and repairing individual gearboxes or gearbox series to spare parts management for your drive unit. We also perform type-independent redesign or reconstruction of gearboxes on our premises. Strong partners and experienced consultants supplement our specialist knowledge.
Cement industry
We love large gearboxes. For example, those on the drives of a rotary kiln. But we also take care of gearboxes on conveyor belts, crushers, tube mills, vertical mills and from many other sectors.
Steel industry
We are active in the entire drive sector in steelmaking. We repair gearboxes in the conveyance, crane systems, continuous casting transports, rolling mills, cooling bed and many other sectors.
We know virtually all gearbox types. Furthermore, we are able to improve gearboxes, e.g. by modifying the lubrication technology.
Of course, we remove gearboxes on-site, repair them and reinstall them professionally.
Energy
We are active in the central coal handling and conveyor belts sector. A regular inspection by a specialist and subsequent documentation of all gearbox conditions makes particular sense for long conveyance distances. Upon request, you can receive a comprehensive report with photo documentation and recommendations for each individual gearbox after each inspection. We’re happy to get our hands dirty for you and you then receive everything at a glance with a full inspection of your drive train.
